Counselling can help you:
I’m here because I believe in the power of counselling.
When we are vulnerable about our struggles, we can begin to transform our lives. And in our counselling sessions, no subject is off limits. With compassion you can count on, I’m ready to hear about all of it.
With extensive clinical experience in couples and family counselling, I bring a lifelong passion for relationships to my work. Relationships can be sites of stress or joy, pain or delight. My job is to help you process the stress and pain of life’s many relationships—including your relationship with yourself—so that you can find freedom from what weighs you down.
Whatever you bring to the table, I promise to listen with a non-judgmental, non-anxious, and collaborative approach. Whatever feels hard or vulnerable or impossible, we’ll work on it together. And together, we’ll walk the path towards healing and change—change that impacts every sphere of your life, and every relationship it holds.
From private struggles with intimacy, sex, addiction, or suicidal ideation to the seemingly trivial stuff: all parts of your humanity belong here. And I welcome it with zero shame, anxiety, or judgment. As you’re ready, we’ll work on the tough stuff of being human together.
With over ten years of experience in this field, and a long history of working with people in the lower mainland, I bring tried and true training to my work, blending my down-to-earth attitude with a professionalism you can rely on.
Counselling isn’t just for life’s big crises. It’s about getting help for the small stuff, too: those everyday hurts, troublesome patterns, and ordinary struggles. If something feels hard, no matter how small, I’m here to help.
Ross has helped me work through many issues and challenges over the years. Whether it be work or personal relationships, Ross is skilled and passionate about improving his patients mental wellbeing. I strongly recommend Ross as a therapist.
